The assay detects HPV 16 and HPV 18 DNA within 45 minutes and is intended to be used in low-resource settings.

The company's point-of-care revenues dropped 73 percent, while molecular lab sales declined 50 percent.

The firm saw total revenues decrease 7 percent, with core revenues down 4 percent and base business core revenue growth of 6 percent.

The firm's Lodestar Dx platform uses loop-mediated isothermal amplification to detect pathogens causing urinary tract infections.
